If the Recipient Isn’t Home

Sometimes, recipients may not be at home when we attempt delivery. If this happens, our trained drivers will:

• First, try to safely leave the flowers with a neighbour, leaving a note with the house number for the recipient.
• If no neighbours are available, flowers may be placed in a secure, shaded location by the property, and a delivery card will be slipped through the letterbox to inform the recipient.
• Should neither option be possible, we will return the order to our shop and contact you for further instructions. A second delivery may incur a re-delivery fee.
